Conducting Job Analyses and Creating Position Descriptions for Student Affairs Professionals.
Raetz, Teresa
College Student Affairs Journal, v21 n1 p26-34 Fall 2001
Job analysis and its outcome, position descriptions, are two necessary and related staffing functions for any hiring authority. A model adapted from business is presented for use in student affairs. (Contains 13 references and 1 table.) (Author)
