Three methods were used to train 450 Navy personnel in a new computer system: instruction, exploration, or behavior modeling. When learning style matched method, trainees were more successful and satisfied. Behavior modeling training was not influenced by learning style. This group had the highest satisfaction and computer use. (Contains 58 references.) (SK)
