Reports on a study which evaluated enrollment trends with the available academic manpower in Nigerian universities. Findings indicated that projections of student enrollment, expected to increase by 5 per cent annually, far outpace projected numbers of academic staff available. Recommends university funding focused on attracting academic staff from within and outside the country. (Author/DB)
