Education and Training in Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities, v34 n2 p170-81 Jun 1999
This study used a constant time-delay procedure to teach three secondary students with moderate mental disabilities the community skills of mailing a letter, cashing a check, and crossing a street. Instruction involved community-based instruction plus either classroom simulation, videotape modeling, or both. The most efficient methodology was the combination of classroom simulation and community-based instruction. (Author/DB)
