A study investigated the publishing patterns in elite academic legal journals of tenured full professors of law. The study focused first on lax law professors, then on other areas of law and on faculty of elite and non-elite institutions. Variables examined include articles vs. symposium pieces, senior and junior faculty, responsive vs. proactive scholarship, and length of article. (MSE)
