A participant-modeling training program designed to improve self-efficacy and the ability to cope effectively with stressful situations was implemented with young paraprofessional counselors who work in conjunction with youth-advancement counselors. Results are presented for self-efficacy and motivation variables. Unexpected findings are discussed. (Author/EMK)
