On the Future of Integration Between Skills and Ethics Teaching: Clinical Legal Education in the Year 2010.
Moliterno, James E.
Journal of Legal Education, v46 n1 p67-78 Mar 1996
This article predicts that by 2010, under 10% of law students will do a full semester of in-house live-client work, but almost all schools will require simulation skills/ethics courses and coordinated, required externships. Law school curricula will focus on fundamental legal principles/philosophies, perspectives on law's place in society, and thought processes and judgments inherent to lawyering. (MSE)
