A study of 165 college seniors included 45 in internships/career-related work, 36 with neither, 42 in internships only, and 42 with work experience only. Internships alone or with work experience related to higher levels of self-concept crystallization. Task variety, feedback, and dealing with people were significantly related to self-concept and self-efficacy. (SK)
