A recent study by the International Labor Organization surveyed the current law and practice of 18 industrialized nations that subject workers and job applicants to employment tests, including those for alcohol/drug use, AIDS, genetic disorders, and psychological states. The study concluded that there must be a balance between employer and worker rights. (JOW)
