The Interaction of Field Theory, Family Systems Theory, and Children's Rights.
Schwartz, Lita Linzer
American Journal of Family Therapy, v21 n3 p267-73 Fall 1993
Field theory is interactional. It asserts that genetic predispositions, acquired characteristics, uniqueness, and behaviors of individual impact are affected by events and people in environment. This can be seen clearly in development of children who join family rather than being born into it. Resulting complexities can be seen in family therapy offices and courts of law. (Author/NB)
