Conducted national survey to examine job search experiences of lesbian, gay, and bisexual student affairs professionals (n=249). Results revealed that 46% of respondents had directly asked employers about degree of support for sexual minorities in job environment; 63% did not directly disclose their sexual orientation at least until after job entry and 38% disclosed during job search.
