Private Citizenship and School Choice.
Johanek, Michael
Educational Policy, v6 n2 p139-59 Jun 1992
The current school choice debate reflects inevitable tensions between private and public education goals. This article discusses the origin of "private citizenship," identifies its key characteristics, and evaluates its school choice applications. (52 references) (MLH)
