Examined graduate student views of leadership education in college student personnel preparation programs. Results of qualitative study revealed that many college personnel service graduate students saw their programs as significant in their development as leaders. Students most often cited practicum and assistantship supervisors as those primarily influential, followed by faculty. (Author/NB)
