Examined job satisfaction levels of white- and blue-collar college student employees (n=144) and of student employees working in positions perceived as related to intended occupations and student employees working in positions perceived as unrelated to intended occupations. Found that worker classification interacted with relevant work experience and job tenure in predicting job satisfaction of college student employees. (Author/NB)
