Assessed nature of school counselors' involvement in school discipline process. Findings from 160 elementary and secondary school counselors in 3 states revealed that the respondents were highly involved in the discipline process in their schools. On the whole, direct service response was most frequently used to deal with this involvement. Counselors were highly supportive of institutional response to discipline. (NB)
