Case Law Dealing with Sex-Segregated Public Schools.
Fischer, Louis
Equity and Excellence, v25 n1 p45-46 Fall 1991
Legal issues in proposals for sex-segregated public school classrooms are complicated in that case law is limited. It is safe to assume that sex-segregated schooling will be upheld if voluntary, if quality of education for males and females is substantially equal, and if racial discrimination is not in question.
