Practice teaching is crucial in Israel's preservice teacher training. Researchers interviewed college students and cooperating teachers, role partners in teaching English as a foreign language, to study their perceptions of one another. Results suggest human relationships are more important than professional accomplishments in determining the degree of success during practice teaching. (SM)
