Examined personality variables in vocationally undecided college students (n=510). Classified five subtypes of vocational undecidedness according to each subtype's characteristics: anxiety, self-esteem, work, relationship or leisure orientation, locus of control, vocational identity, perception of barriers, need for information, and decision-making style.
