Explored transmission of knowledge at higher education's and student affairs professionals' national conferences and extent to which women were active in contributing their ideas to national audiences. Evaluated 2,584 conference sessions. Found examination of women's contributions to professional literature failed to represent full extent of rate at which they contributed to knowledge base of higher education. (ABL)
