To increase options for academically talented students without incurring the scheduling problems associated with concurrent high school and college enrollment, North Olmstead High School (Ohio) developed a college "credit-in-escrow" system using locally broadcasted telecourses. Qualified juniors and seniors may enroll in these telecourses for either high school or college credit. (MLH)
