Inspectors (n=20) from Kenya's ministry of education were asked to rate their preference for five types of supervisory relationships. The types and preference ratings were: (1) colleagueship-50%; (2) helping relationship-25%; (3) Evaluator rater-ratee-15%; (4) counselor-client-10%; and (5) teacher-student-0%. (BSR)
