Sex-Role Orientation as a Predictor of Preferential Cognitive Response Style.
Wehr, Joann V.; Gilroy, Faith D.
Journal of Clinical Psychology, v42 n1 p82-86 Jan 1986
Investigated the relationship between sex-role orientation and cognitive preferential response style. Although masculine and androgynous individuals were expected to demonstrate extratensive and intraversive cognitive styles, respectively, no such distinction was apparent. However, feminine individuals did demonstrate an ambitent response style. (Author/BL)
