Outlines the strategy adopted in conducting seminars in Scottish Colleges of Education on the value of educational broadcasting (television and radio) in pre-service education of teachers. The effectiveness of the seminars is evaluated, and the conclusion is reached that they encourage the effective utilization of broadcast resources in teacher education. (Author/JJD)
