Describes Project Childsafe which is aimed at: (1) alerting new parents to the hazards children face when traveling unrestrained in automobiles and (2) providing information on proper safety devices and other traveling aids. Guidelines for choosing child safety restraints, tips for safe traveling with children, and suggestions for local implementation of Childsafe programs are included. (JMB)
