Routinization of Practice and Service Range: The Case of the Veterinary Practitioner
Snizek, William E.; And Others
Journal of Veterinary Medical Education, 4, 2, 85-91, Spr 77
In view of the continuing need for and scarcity of large animal veterinary care in rural areas, this study tried to delineate those factors that delimit veterinary services. The problem was found largely to be tied to the practitioner's unwillingness to leave his office due to economics, professional dedication, and maintenance of professional image. (LBH)
