For a number of years the Art Department of the Richmond Public Schools has offered an art museum and carnival to children in the elementary grades. The art carnival, which takes art beyond conventional programs, is made up of art games, viewmasters, puzzles, perceptual objects which can be manipulated, nature forms, and kaleidoscopes. (Author)
