The purpose of this study is to explore the learning measurement model of English comprehensive ability based on the background of educational informatization. With the rapid development of educational information technology, English education is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Under the background of information technology, this study discusses the application of educational information technology in English teaching, the composition and evaluation criteria of English comprehensive ability, the role change of teachers and students in the information environment and the ability training.
