The University of Kentucky feels that involving the horticulture and agriculture education departments with practitioners from the horticultural industry in workshops is a most effective way to provide teachers with technical skills needed for a good local instructional program. Objectives, procedures, and evaluation of the workshops are described. (Author/AJ)
