The Factors Influencing Balanced Development of Primary and Secondary School Teachers' IT Application Ability

Facing the new demand of equitable and quality education balance, the balanced development of teachers' IT application ability has become an important element of teachers' balanced development at the quality level. The balanced development of teachers' IT application ability has a two-dimensional connotation structure, that is, the development problem in the time dimension and the balance problem in spatial dimension. The study adopted quantitative and qualitative inter-evidence approach, through the establishment of the influencing factors and of the balanced development of primary and secondary school teachers' IT application ability and its hypothesis structure model, model verification by factor analysis, and correlation analysis by multiple regression. Finally, it is found that the balanced development of regional teachers' IT application ability was jointly influenced by five factors at the same time, and the significant degree of influence was in the order of regional policy and school system, information construction and training, self-efficacy, regional culture and application atmosphere, and skill base.
