In this article, Staci Phelan interviews the following enrollment management team members from Idaho State University: James Martin, Director of Financial; Debbie Green, Director of Scholarships; Nicole Joseph, Director of Admissions; and Brooke Barber, Director of New Student Orientation. The following questions are addressed in this interview: (1) What were the COVID-related challenges this past year? (2) How did the team respond to these challenges? (3) What was the outcome or lessons learned from these experiences? and (4) How did the team accommodate employees who might have had to juggle multiple demands while working at home, or work with others in new ways?
