Public Mourning: Adult Programming Case Study
Gough, Kim
Journal of Museum Education, v46 n2 p171-177 2021
This article explores the development of public programs on the theme of grief, death and dying at the Royal British Columbia Museum in Canada, and how these programs have grown with the involvement of community partners. Although the programs started as a response to a small historic sign in the gallery, they now honor the interests of our visitors and the museum provides a space for community reflection.
