In the authors' experience, graduate students commonly become overwhelmed when planning for internship. As an early career school psychologist and a PhD candidate currently navigating the internship application and interview process, the authors share the perspective that the process is most navigable when students prepare and plan for internship throughout their training. They have written this column to share insights on how each of of strategically worked toward internship.
