Based on data from nationwide surveys of graduates conducted in 2003, 2005, 2007, 2009, and 2011 by the Institute of Economics of Education, Peking University, this article provides a statistical comparative analysis of employment results and the job search process. It examines the characteristics of college graduate employment in China, as well as changing trends since the massification of Chinese higher education.
