Weblogs offer a new writing and reading environment. Most people in the education process may improve their writing skills and achieve new perspectives related to writing via weblogs. In this study the changes that weblog writing process created in undergraduates'/candidate teachers' minds regarding writing are revealed. The weblog writing process within the scope of this study; was implemented once a week with 10 volunteer teacher candidates throughout 14 weeks in total. In this process the candidate teachers were directed to write a weblog post about a theme that they had chosen. At the end of the implementation process, the participants' opinions about their experiences during the process were taken. The data obtained as a result of the interview, indicated that the teacher candidates who first began their weblog writing process with the feelings of anxiety and excitement, enhanced their awareness regarding their personal writing skills throughout the process, felt themselves free while writing weblogs, and directed themselves to investigate in order to find new themes with the aim of writing interesting weblog posts.
