In this suggested aid for supervising students in the practicum and internship in counseling psychology, interview process is analyzed in terms of Carkhuff's primary and secondary dimensions. The secondary dimensions, which are ecletic counseling and therapeutic intervention techniques, are categorized by areas of functioning of young adulthood (vocational, marital, etc.). (Author)
