Accredited library schools should operate self-contained academic libraries as experimental laboratories and learning environments where library school students can put classroom theories into actual employment prior to graduation. Dependence upon parent campus libraries to acquire, organize and circulate library school books and serials should be ended. (4 references) (Author/KE)
