Achieving the increasingly complex objectives characteristic of today's junior college requires a professional staff that is highly specialized, yet is capable of encouraging wide participation by those affected in the problem-solving activities of the organization. Overspecialization without a related concern for a team approach will, in the long run, inhibit organizational communication and effectiveness. (JO)
