The aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic increased the demands of the already challenging teaching profession. This study sought to investigate if correlations existed among the perceptions of teachers' regarding job satisfaction, principal leadership behaviors and school climate using pre- and post-surveys. Survey data was collected from a target population of 302 certified teachers in Tennessee, Georgia, Missouri, Texas, and Mississippi. The responses to the "Principal Leadership Questionnaire," the "Teacher Job Satisfaction Survey," and the "Safe and Supportive School Questionnaire" provided quantitative data for analyses. A series of Pearson correlations, Wilcoxon rank sum analyses, Whitney-Mann analyses, and multiple regressions, revealed strong positive correlations among teacher perceptions when also considering the years of experience and gender of a teacher. The experience of a teacher significantly impacted job satisfaction, furthermore, was the most impactful factor on job satisfaction when also considering a teacher's perception of school climate, and principal leadership behaviors.
