Purpose and Method of Study: The purpose of this action research school-wide case study was to compare the different perceptions of stakeholders at Wesleyan Christian School (WCS) regarding a safe school climate. A needs assessment was conducted surveying the different stakeholders to assess the changes and improvements needed. The primary factor considered regarding school climate was that of safety and security to help create a safe and supportive school. The four categories studied for safe and supportive schools were 1) Academics, 2) Community, 3) Safety, and 4) Environment. The study assessed the stakeholders' perceptions at WCS regarding a safe school climate. Stakeholders participated in the Comprehensive School Climate Inventory (CSCI) survey, and data were collected to determine the perceptions of the safe school climate at WCS. Students, parents, teachers, administrators, and support staff were the ones who took the survey. The study's primary purpose was a needs assessment for the school based on a safe school climate. Findings and Conclusions: The data indicated that the three stakeholder groups of WCS participating in the survey positively perceived the school climate. Every dimension across all three stakeholder groups ranked in the positive range, indicating that WCS intentionally created a positive school climate. School personnel had the most positive perceptions of school climate, followed by the parents and then the students. The dimensions that were perceived as the most positive were that of Rules and Norms and Sense of Physical Security. The dimension that revealed the least positive perception for all three stakeholder groups was Social Media. Continued research is recommended to intentionally help WCS continue operating with a positive school climate.
