With the passage of the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act of 2021, and the previous relief packages, states, districts, and schools have significant federal resources available to implement evidence-based and practitioner-informed strategies to meet the needs of students related to coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). This document includes "Frequently Asked Questions" intended to support state and local efforts in effectively using ARP Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ARP ESSER) funds to advance evidence-based full-service community schools and related approaches.
