Bullying in School Climates
Patricia A. Riggs
ProQuest LLC, Ed.D. Dissertation, University of Dayton
This study examines the school climates of previous K-12th-grade students who previously attended Little County School District (LCSD) and their perceptions of bullying and being bullied in those climates. In addition, this study will examine the previous students' parents, their perceptions of bullying in the school climate, and their understanding of the characteristics and reporting of bullying. As the research unfolds information that assesses the propensity of school climate violence, we intend to develop academic training as social and emotional development should develop as positive milestones.
