Scott Amundsen
International Society for Technology, Education, and Science, Paper presented at the International Conference on Social and Education Sciences (IConSES) (Las Vegas, NV, Oct 19-22, 2023)

A commitment to strength-based/appreciative approaches is the key to retaining them. Faculty members and student services professionals must understand that adult learners are a special population that cannot be served in the same manner as the under 18 24-year-old students.
