Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) was an internationally used and research-supported framework to support students' educational success. Previous research explored facilitators and barriers that impacted the implementation and sustainability of PBIS in school settings. In this study, a peer administrative mentoring program was designed to facilitate the sustained implementation of PBIS. Seventeen evaluators were recruited to evaluate the program and its associated resources and provide feedback using a Qualtrics survey of Likert-scale and open-ended responses. Evaluators had relevant knowledge of PBIS or mentoring, ranging from conducting research on PBIS, being potential participants in the program, working as a PBIS coach, coordinator, or resource creator, or having mentoring experience. The overall responses from the evaluators indicated that the program was a promising and cost-effective way to sustain PBIS implementation with new administrators at sites with existing PBIS systems.
