This study explored the impact between principals' leadership styles and elementary school performance, with perspectives from teachers and principals. Principals are in the center of leading schools with higher academic standards and increased accountability to all stakeholders. Current research states that the principals' leadership ability is a significant factor if the school is failing or if the school is effective. The types of leadership styles that were reviewed during the research are as follows: transactional, transformational, and passive avoidant. This study is significant because it researches the principals' and the teachers' perspectives of leadership practices and explains the extent to which the measures are used to forecast school success. The volunteers included in this qualitative case design study were from public and traditional elementary schools and included principals and teachers. The study included thirteen elementary schools, 150 teachers, and 40 principals were also included in the study. The findings of the study revealed that the transformational leadership style had a positive influence on students' academic success and school performance. The study revealed that principals should be prepared or equipped with the knowledge and skills in management and leadership.
