The COVID-19 pandemic impacted the delivery of services for students with disabilities. There is limited knowledge on the relationship between the transition services students received during the pandemic and their post-school outcomes. This study utilized a qualitative phenomenological design to informed by Bronfenbrenner's Ecological Systems Theory to highlight the lived experiences of the respondents. The significance of their stories provides insight and supports recommendations for the field of special education.
