The purpose of this professional practice dissertation (PPD) is to examine and provide Fluvanna County Public Schools practical and real-world solutions with regards to continuous improvement within its performance evaluation platform. This process was examined and analyzed through a qualitative action research approach and design and presents a summary of the research and those action plan applications. This PPD invites all stakeholders involved to review the programmatic recommendations presented to improve both the efficiency and effectiveness of the instructional performance evaluation process. These continual adaptations will promote and increase pedagogy and professional development and in turn improve student performance and teacher practice and build stronger relationships with all stakeholders in the educational arena.
