Kendriana Latrice Price
ProQuest LLC, Ed.D. Dissertation, Trevecca Nazarene University
The purpose of this qualitative study was to explore how the organizational culture on southern predominantly white institutional campuses influences the inclusiveness, belonging, and lived experiences of Black womxn at different levels of the organization hierarchy. The study results showed that experiences surrounding institutional culture, identity experiences, and areas of work all influence a Black womxn's sense of belonging and inclusion on white campuses. The need to increase representation across campuses of Black womxn and hold non-Black campus populations accountable for contributing to Black experiences came as recommendations to foster better experiences for Black womxn.
