The 2020 COVID-19 pandemic was a phenomenon like nothing anyone alive has seen in their lifetime. As a result of the pandemic colleges across American had to transition instruction from in-person to online in a matter of days. This is a qualitative case study focused on the experience at a community college in the South Region of the United States transitioning to online learning at the start of the 2020 COVID-19 global pandemic.
