ProQuest LLC, Ed.D. Dissertation, Trevecca Nazarene University
This study analyzed participants' perceptions regarding a sales training program before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. Using a descriptive research design, a survey was administered to 53 participants that examined the training methods used, topics covered, and their overall satisfaction with the program. The participants were assigned to either a treatment group or control group. The treatment group participated in face-to-face training program before March 11, 2020. The control group participated in online training after March 11, 2020. The results showed a statistically significant difference between the two groups' perceptions of the methods used of the sales training program and no significant difference was discovered between the two groups' perceptions of topics covered and overall satisfaction of the training program.
