A Study on Equipping Educational Leaders at North Cobb Christian School to Use Spiritual Survey Results to Intentionally Integrate Faith into Learning

The purpose of this project was based on the premise that equipping Christian educational leaders in a Christian school setting with comprehensive, holistic, and lifespan spiritual survey results would result in more intentional faith and learning integration into all of school life. The project consisted of six, one hour seminars where educational leaders were trained to intentionally use spiritual survey data in faith and learning integration, created action plans, and altered faith and learning lesson plans in lifespan divisions to integrate spiritual survey data. Post seminar assessments revealed that the sessions equipped teachers to be more intentional in faith and learning integration by using spiritual survey results to alter classroom plans. Future studies could replicate these findings in different ministry settings and expand these results by observing the effect of the altered international lesson plans in the classroom.
